A blend of our high roast with a little something to fill out the taste and another little something else to put a slightly citrussy higher note in the background taste.
This is not the "definitive" espresso (there is no such thing), any coffee can be used in an espresso brewer.

Given that espresso is a way of making coffee why do we even have an espresso coffee listed? It is only quite recently that there has been the growth of access to espresso coffee makers in both commercial and domestic settings, before then this blend was created as representative of an espresso style coffee.
Remember however that any coffee can be used in an espresso coffeemaker.
