The Moccaserver Thermoserve
We've done large (1.9litre) filter vacuum machines before and found them a bit suspect mainly because once you started to pour the coffee the temperature dropped faster than a NASDAQ share. However for once we're happy to recommend a vacuum jug machine! Now to be honest this is just the basic Moccaserver without hotplates, the real star here is the jug - it is amazing! It lives up to the advanced hype! You can pour three quarters of the jug and the remaining coffee will still be hot two hours later - I know - I burnt my lips testing it!!!!

The Moccaserver Thermoserve II-X
Well if you take the hot plate from a machine to use a vacuum jug then the next logical step is to remove the hot plate space completely! - Et voila! the Thermoserve II-X

The main difference is in the vacuum jug used, the II-X can be used with either a pourable jug as pictured or with a pump action thermos. Both these jugs are all-stainless construction.
