Turkish Blend

if you ask a 4 year old for an image to represent turkish coffee...far too sweet to discard


Just above medium roast
Not as you might think a poisonously strong coffee. To be honest we "borrowed" the blend from a tin that was sourced in West Germany (yes it was before the "Wall" fell) and aimed at the large Turkish "guest worker" population. Reduce this to powder and brew as "turkish" and you'll get and authentically strong brew. Brewed any other way and this is a fuller, smoother coffee.
